This is a first class gas engine coil. This coil is designed for your engine made in true old world style. The box measures 3.5" wide, 6" long and 3.25" tall. It is oak with finger jointed corners and a removable top for serviceability. The coil features genuine KW points, the correct condenser for long life, solid brass bolts and thumb nuts. A Phelon coil delivers a very intense and dependable spark to power models to the largest stationary engines. This runs on 6 or 12 volts and will operate your engine for a whole season on just one 6 volt spring top flashlight battery.

Coil 6-12 Volt, Buzz
I have several single cylinder 8 hp antique cars that require a Buzz type coil. The coils that were in the cars when i bought them were modified Model T Ford coils that worked but looked really "bush league" to be in a 1906 Jewel car so i bought these because they look so correct for my antique Jewels and the connecting posts for the wiring are perfectly placed on the good looking finger jointed hard wood cases. They are a perfect match for the antique cars.

I tell you what, this coil is so much better than I thought. The appearance is amazing. The dove tail corners and stained finish allows this to fit right in with the era most engines are from. Very well done FWS well done.

This is my fourth coil I've purchased and all have performed flawlessly for the four buzz coil engines. 1.5 hp Novo, 3.5 new way, 8 hp headless Witte and a Fuller Johnson farm pump engine.
