This is a pretty nice all original looking 1.5hp John Deere engine. Add some gas and clean the tank and the line and I think it would run. Be a great engine to keep original or restore and put on an ice cream machine. Has a repaired block as seen in photo, and a broken sub base, will include a good sub base at no additional charge.
